HOW DO I APPLY AT HARVEST HOUSE?
The application is all online. Once you find the floor plan that you love, click the "Apply Now" button and go through the application process. If you have any questions about the application process, please contact the leasing office at 940-810- 8740 or send us an email at [email protected].
HOW DO I PAY RENT?
Rent rates are set in the lease and are due on the first of each month. Once you sign the lease, you’ve legally agreed to the terms. At Harvest House, you can pay your rent via the Resident Portal. We accept online payments (eCheck, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MoneyGram). Please keep in mind that there may be convenience fees on some payment types. You can manually pay your rent each month, or you can set up automatic payments. If you have any questions regarding your rent, please contact the leasing office.
WHERE WILL I PARK MY CAR?
We have complimentary open parking spaces. Reserved parking spaces (carports) and detached garages are available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office to learn more.
WHAT IS THE SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE?
The smart home technology package includes Internet and Smart Home Technology (i.e. Thermostat, Lighting, Keyless Keypad Door Entry).
WHAT SCHOOLS ARE ZONED FOR HARVEST HOUSE?
Harvest House is located entirely within the Argyle Independent School District.
